Christian Bungard5 StarMash and Steve at SpellBrand have delivered an excellent result for us. Far beyond what we initially expected. I must admit we were probably a very demanding customer for them, as we were very clear on what we wanted to achieve but had no idea of how to get there. They worked on several ideas and came up with a very diverse set of initial concepts and designs that helped us define what we needed. Thanks to their positive attitude, determination and ongoing support, we now have a visually stunning and very identifiable logo and brand image. We are thrilled! James Summers1 StarUnfortunately my experience with Spellbrand has been very poor and I use the word unfortunate because despite not reaching a satisfying result they were unwilling to offer a refund when I said I wanted to use an alternative agency. The job at hand was a new brand name for the company and their first round of ideas were either tacky or regurgitated from a Greek-English dictionary. The second round of ideas was worse and not without enormous delay. I always found that it was me contacting them and not the other way around. I would not recommend this company on service, experience or results. I have since found a local company who came up with a selection of good ideas which we narrowed down to end up with something we are really happy with. Most importantly the company that we eventually worked with offered their first round of ideas including brand name and logo design for free as they understood my position having paid upfront with Spellbrand.Tuesday 23rd September 2014

I never thought that the output could be as great as it is. I have now a unique design for my Consultancy firm which is memorable , has a beautiful design and at the same time having a corporate look.
